UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
 

FIRST CLASS: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days from the dispatch date (please be aware that delays can occur, and delivery may take up to 2 weeks). This option is sent with Royal Mail and we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £45. The cost is £3.99, or FREE for qualifying orders.

FIRST CLASS TRACKED: This is our recommended option. It includes full tracking to the delivery point, a photo upon delivery, and SMS or email notifications to the recipient. Delivery options can be modified before an attempt is made. Generally, this service is faster than standard first class, though delays can still occur. Sent with Royal Mail at a cost of £4.50.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY: For guaranteed next day delivery (Mon to Sat), place your order by 2pm for dispatch the same day (Mon to Fri). This service is fully tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. Sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery service at a cost of £8.50. 

 

TRACKED: Estimated transit time is 5-10 working days. Your order is tracked, and delivery may require a signature. Dispatched via Royal Mail. £9.95

UPS: Estimated transit time is 3-4 working days. Your order is tracked, and delivery requires a signature. Prices vary by country, and additional charges may apply for remote areas. Orders placed by 12 noon are dispatched the same day. From £11

DHL: Estimated transit time is 1-2 working days. Your order is tracked, and delivery requires a signature. Prices vary by country, and additional charges may apply for remote areas. Orders placed by 12 noon are dispatched the same day. From £23

UPS/DHL: Express service with tracking and required signature upon delivery. Prices differ by destination and additional fees may apply for remote areas. Orders placed by 12 noon are dispatched the same day, starting at £20.

Please be aware that delivery times are only estimates and unforeseen delays can occur, which are beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions. Except for UK Special Delivery and UK UPS, shipping costs are non-refundable for delayed deliveries.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs/import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions, and other local requirements. Such charges fall under the customer's obligation. It is advisable to investigate your country's regulations if you are uncertain.
